Do you ever grow out of that little burst of joy when you spot a horse in a field as you pass by? We don’t think so.

Cast in aluminium, our Estate Vanguard began as a study of grace. Each contour was worked by hand before casting, from the defined musculature along the shoulders to the softened lines of the flank. The mane is intentionally not overly stylized, so the form itself carries the movement. We wanted this horse sculpture to feel alive even in stillness.

Aluminium was our material of choice for its ability to hold detail while allowing the sculpture to evolve with its surroundings.

Placed in a garden, the sculpture draws the eye from every angle. It’s something that inhabits a space rather than decorates it.
