Delivery Options

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. We aim to get
your order to you within 10 working days, though things can get a little busier
around peak times like Christmas!

Delivery is completely free for the UK mainland (excluding
Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man). If you're ordering from outside this
area, don't worry—we’ll reach out to you directly with the most cost-effective
shipping quote possible.

Just a quick heads-up: If your order is exceptionally
large, heavy, or contains multiple bulk items, an extra shipping charge may
apply.

Specialist Delivery

Large items are delivered by a specialist courier. A signature is required, and someone must be present to accept delivery. Please note: palletted deliveries are kerb-side only.

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Returns Policy
Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All components and documentation must be included
  • Item must not have been installed or modified
  • Custom or bespoke items cannot be returned

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We can arrange collection for an additional fee.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your purchase arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Warranty Information
10-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All our sculptures are covered by a comprehensive 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This covers:

  • Structural integrity of castings


What's Not Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Paint finish defects
  • Normal wear and weathering
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Damage from accidents or misuse
  • Damage from lack of maintenance

Please note; that this guarantee does not cover discounted, trade, or commercial orders. Additionally, coverage excludes any damage resulting from incorrect installation, accidents, or environmental events (such as floods, storms, or earthquakes).
